A premier accident and incident reporting system allowing
users (employees/managers/public/practitioners) to enter incident details
from any web enabled PC. Incidents can be accidents, near misses, environmental
or 'dangerous occurences' (as specified by the HSE). This system meets the
requirements for accident recording by the Department for Work and Pensions
(DWP).
System administrators can generate reports to meet their needs.
Emails generated by the system can be used to communicate incidents to
managers, safety/environment practitioners and any other person who would
benefit from this information.
